Today was Makayla's first Easter. The Easter Bunny came to see her for the very first time! He brought her some bunny ears (for picture purposes), an Easter rattle, applesauce, and some bananas. He also brought Nathan a candy bar. Apparently, he did not get the memo that I should have gotten something too. Just kidding! Nathan shared his with me.
We went to church this morning and Makayla stayed in the nursery. Our Sunday school was packed this morning. I guess that everyone stayed in town for the holiday. This evening Makayla's Grandaddy, Granna, Grandma, and Uncle Ryan came over to visit and eat. Whitney (Ryan's girlfriend) came too. Granna and Grandma also got to feed her Green Beans, Squash, and cereal tonight. Here are some pictures from today.

Please, Ignore me if possible. I could not seem to edit myself out of this picture in any good way, so I am just in her picture. This is Makayla in her Easter dress that she got from her Granna. It is green and yellow gingham with Noah's Ark smocked on it.
Makayla and her uncle Ryan. He was not really as happy to be wearing her ears as it seems he is in the picture.
Nathan, Makayla, and me in our lounge around the house clothes this evening. Makayla is actually wearing her "funny bunny" T-shirt that she got from her Aunt Connie. You just can't see it because she is showing her belly.
